Descriptif du poste

MCC is recruiting English-speaking account managers. You will be in charge of :
– Managing inbound and outbound calls to our English-speaking business customers (BtoB).
– Ensure quality customer service by answering queries, resolving problems and building customer loyalty.
– Prospect for new customers and develop the existing portfolio.
– Work as part of a team.

Profil Recherché

– Perfect command of spoken and written English, with both an American and British accent.
– Successful experience in a call center, ideally in BtoB.
– Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
– Ability to listen, empathize and persuade.
– Willingness to work night shifts.
– Good command of IT tools.
